Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 250 grams chopped spinach
  • 100 grams diced bell peppers
  • 100 grams mushrooms
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Herbs of choice (optional)
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Whisk together 6 large eggs in a bowl.
  3. Add 250 grams of chopped spinach, 100 grams of diced bell peppers, and 100 grams of mushrooms.
  4. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs of your choice.
