Ingredients

  • Cod fillets (200 grams)
  • Sweet potatoes (300 grams)
  • Broccoli florets (150 grams)
  • Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Garlic powder (1 teaspoon)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Lemon (1, for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Start by preparing the sweet potatoes. Peel and chop them into cubes, then toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
