Ingredients

  • 150g chickpeas (canned or cooked)
  • 100g shredded purple cabbage
  • 100g shredded carrots
  • 100g cucumber, sliced
  • 50g leafy greens (e.g., lettuce or spinach)
  • 50ml light vinaigrette dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Start by washing and preparing all the vegetables.
  2. Shred the carrots and chop the cucumbers.
