Ingredients

  • 500g beef (sirloin or flank steak)
  • 500g sweet potatoes
  • 200g green beans
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional spices (paprika, garlic powder, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the sweet potatoes, then cut them into small cubes.
  3. In a bowl, toss the sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  4. Spread the sweet potatoes onto a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. While the sweet potatoes are roasting, season the beef with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.
