Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (approximately 150g each)
  • 200g asparagus
  • 100g baby potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh thyme for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare a baking tray by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the baking tray, skin side down.
  4. Drizzle olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic over the salmon.
  5. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and fresh thyme on top of the salmon.
  6. Arrange asparagus alongside the salmon on the baking tray.
