Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 500ml marinara sauce
  • 2 medium zucchinis
  • Fresh basil for garnish
  • Parmesan cheese, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground turkey, garlic, onion, parsley, egg, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Form mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked.
  5. Meanwhile, spiralize zucchini into noodles using a spiralizer.
  6. In a skillet, heat marinara sauce over medium heat and add cooked meatballs.
  7. In another skillet, sauté zoodles for 2-3 minutes until slightly tender.
