  • 200 grams of cabbage
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by shredding or chopping the cabbage into thin strips.
  2. In a frying pan, heat a tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the cabbage to the pan and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until soft.
