Ingredients

  • 200g cooked chicken breast
  • 2 whole wheat wraps
  • 100g romaine lettuce
  • 50g Caesar dressing
  • 100g sliced tomatoes
  • 30g grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Begin by cooking the chicken breast in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let it cool and slice thinly.
  2. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce leaves, setting aside.
  3. Lay a whole wheat wrap flat on a clean surface.
  4. Spread a generous amount of Caesar dressing on the wrap, leaving a small border around the edges.
  5. Add a layer of romaine lettuce down the center of the wrap.
  6. Place the sliced chicken on top of the lettuce.
