Ingredients

  • 500 grams chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, chopped

Instructions

  1. Begin by cutting chicken breasts into 2-inch pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
  4. While chicken marinates, chop bell peppers and zucchini into bite-sized pieces.
  5. Soak skewers in water for about 20 minutes (if wooden) to prevent burning.
  6. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
