Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, diced
  • 300g broccoli, chopped
  • 200g shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add fresh broccoli. Cook for 2-3 minutes until bright green, then remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add diced chicken breast and cook over medium heat until no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Stir in cooked broccoli and half of the cheese, mixing well until melted.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  6. Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy!
