Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts (approximately 500g)
  • Juice of 2 lemons (approximately 100ml)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup barley (approximately 180g)
  • 2 cups green beans (approximately 200g)
  • Lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the marinade by mixing lemon juice, dill, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. While the chicken is marinating, cook barley according to package instructions.
  4. Once cooked, fluff the barley and set aside to cool.
