Ingredients

  • 4 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons miso paste
  • 200 grams firm tofu, cubed
  • 200 grams bok choy, chopped
  • 2 spring onions, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start by boiling 4 cups of water in a pot.
  2. Add 3 tablespoons of miso paste and stir until it dissolves completely.
  3. In the boiling broth, add cubed tofu and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Chop bok choy into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions if desired.
