Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 turkey sausage links
  • 200 grams fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Begin by hard-boiling the eggs. Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer for 9-12 minutes. Once cooked, cool in ice water and peel.
  2. While the eggs are cooling, heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the turkey sausage links and cook for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and heated through.
  3. In the same skillet, add a splash of olive oil and sauté the fresh spinach until wilted, about 3-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Once all components are ready, assemble the breakfast boxes. Place two halves of hard-boiled eggs, two turkey sausage links, and a portion of sautéed spinach in each box.
  5. Allow the meals to cool completely before sealing, then store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
