Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash 3 ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add 2 cups of rolled oats to the mashed bananas and mix well.
