Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets (about 200g each)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (Dijon preferred)
  • 200g broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
