Ingredients

  • 500g cauliflower florets
  • 400g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 250ml heavy cream
  • 100g cream cheese
  • 100g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 100g shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large pot, cook cauliflower florets in salted water for about 5 minutes until just tender. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, add diced chicken breast and cook until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. In another pan, melt butter over medium heat and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Whisk in heavy cream, followed by cream cheese, stirring until smooth and blended.
  6. Add grated Parmesan cheese to the mixture and stir until melted and creamy.
