Ingredients

  • 150g quinoa
  • 1 medium zucchini
  • 100g oats
  • 1 egg
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (like parsley or cilantro)
  • Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa according to package instructions and set aside to cool.
  2. Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean cloth or paper towel.
