Ingredients

  • 500 grams beef sirloin
  • 300 grams broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut beef into bite-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add a tablespoon of olive oil.
  3. Add the beef cubes to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
