Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
  • 2 cups cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
