Ingredients

  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 2 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of harissa paste with the juice of 1 lemon, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken drumsticks in the marinade and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  4. While the chicken marinates, cook 1 cup of couscous according to package instructions.
