Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 400g canned chickpeas, drained
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 200g green beans
  • 150g carrots, peeled and cut

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, chickpeas, chopped onions, minced garlic, and spices.
  3. Mash the chickpeas slightly to mix with the turkey.
  4. Form the mixture into patties, ensuring they are evenly sized.
