Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Extra banana slices for topping
  • Cinnamon for sprinkling (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and prepare a muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash 2 ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add 1 cup of rolled oats, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, and a pinch of salt to the mashed bananas.
