Ingredients

  • 200 grams chickpea pasta
  • 1 medium zucchini, diced
  • 200 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the chickpea pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, add olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add diced zucchini and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
