Ingredients

  • 250g tempeh
  • 150g broccoli
  • 100g red bell pepper
  • 100g red cabbage
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by chopping the broccoli, bell peppers, and red cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cube the tempeh into equal-sized pieces for even cooking.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, maple syrup, ginger, garlic, and sesame oil to create the teriyaki sauce.
