Ingredients

  • 400g chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons harissa paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 200g pearl couscous
  • 150g zucchini, sliced
  • 100g bell peppers, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley or cilantro), for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix harissa paste with olive oil, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
