Ingredients

  • 200g buckwheat soba noodles
  • 150g broccoli florets
  • 100g carrots, julienned
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Juice and zest of 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (optional)
