Ingredients

  • 450g turkey breakfast sausage
  • 300g apples, diced
  • 200g rolled oats
  • 120g all-purpose flour
  • 100g butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook turkey sausage over medium heat until brown; drain excess fat.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cooked turkey sausage, diced apples, oats, and a pinch of salt and cinnamon.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. In another bowl, mix flour and butter until crumbly and sprinkle over the top of the mixture.
