Ingredients

  • 500 g lean ground turkey
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 medium carrots, sliced
  • 2 stalks celery, chopped
  • 400 g chopped cabbage
  • 1 L tomato broth
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 100 g cooked bulgur or rice (optional)
  • Sour cream and parsley for garnishing
