Ingredients

  • 200 g seitan strips
  • 150 g mixed beans (canned)
  • 100 g kale
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare seitan strips by slicing them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat and sauté the seitan until browned and crispy.
  3. While the seitan cooks, rinse and drain the mixed beans.
  4. In a bowl, massage the kale with a drizzle of olive oil and salt until tender.
  5. Once the seitan is cooked, assemble the bowls by placing a bed of massaged kale at the bottom.
  6. Add a layer of mixed beans on top of the kale.
  7. Arrange the cooked seitan strips over the beans.
