Ingredients

  • 200 grams dried split peas
  • 200 grams diced ham
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 4 cups vegetable or chicken broth

Instructions
