Ingredients

  • 500g sausage (your choice)
  • 3 bell peppers (red, green, yellow), sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • Fresh basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the sausages into rounds, about 1 inch thick.
  3. Clean and slice the bell peppers into strips.
