Ingredients

  • 500g ground chicken
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 500g carrots
  • 500g zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into dinosaur shapes using cookie cutters or your hands.
  4. Place the nuggets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake the nuggets for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. While the nuggets are baking, prepare the veggie fries by slicing carrots and zucchini into thin sticks.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the veggies, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
