Ingredients

  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup alphabet pasta
  • 1 cup ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Herbs of choice (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring 4 cups of low-sodium chicken broth to a boil.
  2. Add 1 cup of alphabet pasta and cook according to the package instructions.
