Ingredients

  • 400 grams yogurt (plain or Greek)
  • 200 grams fruits of choice (berries, mango, etc.)
  • Honey or maple syrup (to taste)
  • 100 grams granola

Instructions

  1. Start by preparing the fruit puree. Blend together your choice of fruits, such as strawberries, blueberries, or mango, until smooth.
  2. Next, in a separate bowl, mix yogurt with a bit of honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired.
  3. Take your popsicle molds and pour a layer of yogurt into the bottom, about one-third full.
  4. Add a layer of the fruit puree on top of the yogurt layer.
  5. Repeat the yogurt and fruit layering until the molds are full, leaving a bit of space at the top.
  6. Sprinkle granola on the top layer of fruit puree for added texture.
  7. Insert popsicle sticks into each mold and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
  8. To release the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
