Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup of chia seeds and 2 cups of almond milk.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of protein powder to the mixture and stir well to avoid clumps.
  3. Let the mixture sit for about 15-20 minutes or until it thickens.
  4. Once thickened, layer the chia pudding in a jar or glass.
