Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast
  • 150g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cucumber, grated for tzatziki
  • 1 cucumber, sliced for salad
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • Fresh dill for tzatziki

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight for better flavor.
