Ingredients

  • 100g oats
  • 30g protein powder
  • 200ml egg whites
  • 100ml water
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cooking spray (for greasing)
  • Fresh berries (for topping)
  • Maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 100g of oats, 30g of protein powder, and a pinch of salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together 200ml of egg whites and 100ml of water.
  3. Gradually pour the egg mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring until well combined.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking spray.
  5. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
  6. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. Repeat until all the batter is used, keeping pancakes warm in an oven at low temperature if necessary.
