Ingredients

  • 500 grams potatoes
  • 120 milliliters milk
  • 30 grams butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 400 grams white beans, canned, drained
  • 240 milliliters vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • Gravy for topping
