Ingredients

  • 450 g chicken tenders
  • 100 g cassava flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for chicken)
  • 200 g zucchini, chopped
  • 200 g bell peppers, chopped
  • 200 g butternut squash, peeled and chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for vegetables)
