Ingredients

  • 500g flank steak
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 100g lettuce (mixed greens)
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Start by marinating the steak with your choice of spices (like cumin and paprika) for at least 30 minutes.
