Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 4 bell peppers (red and yellow)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned and fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add diced onions, bell pepper pulp, garlic, and tomatoes to the skillet, and sauté until soft.
  4. Season the mixture with herbs and spices, and stir well to combine.
