My Story
A few years ago, I wasn’t the healthiest guy around. Long days in front of a computer, too much takeout, and not enough sleep left me sluggish and out of shape. I’ll never forget the day I tried to button one of my favorite shirts and couldn’t. That was my wake-up call.
I decided it was time for a change. I started working out, but quickly realized that exercise alone wasn’t enough. That’s when I discovered meal prep — and honestly, it changed everything.
