Hey there, I’m Daniel Cruz, but most people just call me Dan. I’m a fitness enthusiast, meal prep lover, and a firm believer that taking control of what you eat can completely transform your life — inside and outside the gym.

My Story

A few years ago, I wasn’t the healthiest guy around. Long days in front of a computer, too much takeout, and not enough sleep left me sluggish and out of shape. I’ll never forget the day I tried to button one of my favorite shirts and couldn’t. That was my wake-up call.

I decided it was time for a change. I started working out, but quickly realized that exercise alone wasn’t enough. That’s when I discovered meal prep — and honestly, it changed everything.

Why Meal Prep Changed My Life

At first, it wasn’t glamorous. I ate the same bland chicken, rice, and broccoli for days, and I almost gave up. But as I learned how to season, marinate, and get creative, I found out that meal prep doesn’t have to be boring — it can actually be delicious.
