Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 150g snap peas
  • 150g sliced bell peppers
  • 400g rice
  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat.
  2. Add 500g of ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spatula.
  3. Stir in 3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of grated ginger, and mix well.
  4. Add 150g of snap peas and 150g of sliced bell peppers, cooking until tender, about 5 minutes.
  5. Cook 400g of rice according to package instructions.
  6. Serve the beef and vegetables over a bed of rice, garnishing with sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Refrigerate leftovers in airtight containers for up to 4 days.
