Ingredients

  • Cod fillets - 500 grams
  • Lentils - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Carrots - 1 medium, diced
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
  • Parsley - 1/4 cup, chopped
  • Lemon juice - from 1 lemon
  • Lemon slices - for garnish

Instructions
