Ingredients

  • 4 halibut fillets
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or parsley)
  • 1 cup lentils
  • 2 cups water or broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Prepare the halibut fillets by patting them dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the halibut fillets in a greased baking dish.
