Ingredients

  • 400 g ziti pasta
  • 200 g fresh spinach
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 300 g mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ziti according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked ziti, spinach, marinara sauce, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Stir until well mixed.
  6. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining marinara sauce and sprinkle the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
