Ingredients

  • 200 grams of pearl barley
  • 2 medium carrots, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 400 grams canned diced tomatoes
  • 1 liter vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
