Ingredients

  • 500g ground beef
  • 200g diced tomatoes
  • 100g green olives
  • 150g peas
  • 200g quinoa
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Cumin (optional)
  • Paprika (optional)
  • Tomato slices for garnish
  • Avocado slices for garnish
  • Cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, brown 500g of ground beef over medium heat until cooked through.
  2. Add 200g of diced tomatoes to the skillet and stir to combine.
  3. Mix in 100g of green olives and 150g of peas, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  4. Season the mixture with salt, pepper, and any desired spices, such as cumin or paprika.
