Ingredients

  • 200g lean beef strips
  • 150g soba noodles
  • 100g fresh spinach
  • 30g peanuts, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped

  1. Cook soba noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
