Ingredients

  • 500g ground turkey
  • 100g breadcrumbs
  • 100ml buffalo sauce
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 250g celery sticks
  • 100g ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Bake the meatballs for about 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.
